How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends. If you ordered an "already made and ready to ship ring", your order will be in the mail within 1-2 business days. If you ordered a "build your own" or custom piece, your order will need 3-5 days processing time (to make a new one). Once it is at the post office, delivery is solely based on USPS's current priority mail timeline, and is out of our hands once it is in their possession. Please know we make every effort to get it to you ASAP!
Do you accept cancellations?
Because we make every effort to ship out your item within 1-2 business days, if you need to cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has a shipping label created, cancellations are no longer taken.
What if I don't like my jewelry once i receive it?
I hope that is not the case, but, I do want you to be happy with your glass jewelry. I want you, or your gift recipient, to be happy wearing it, and I want you to be proud letting everyone know where you purchased your item! Please contact me if you feel you need to return your item, and I will be happy to work with you. Also, please refer to return policies HERE.
i ordered more than one, why does the glass look different even though i ordered the same?
Your glass is crushed into pieces, then melted in a kiln. Once it's all melted, some crushed pieces may still show through, making various striations throughout. Each batch of glass will vary greatly. All clear glass doesn't melt the same, and that goes for all other colored glass as well. But, that's the great part! Because these are crushed, cut and shaped by hand, each piece is a one-of-a-kind, meaning no one has a piece of jewelry exactly as yours! They may be similar, but each and every one was made separately with love :)
